These terms govern use of the Obuvix B2B wholesale footwear platform and constitute a public offer agreement between the platform and the buyer. By placing an order you accept the rules on footwear ordering, payment and delivery.
Obuvix sells footwear by the carton at wholesale prices; the minimum order is one full carton (a model in a graded size run). Prices, volume discounts and availability are shown in the catalog and may be updated. Payment is made via the methods listed on the shipping and payment page.
Both parties undertake to act in accordance with Ukrainian law. Returns and warranty matters are governed by the separate returns policy. Data protection details are in the privacy policy.
